Why is it that films marketed towards women, and featuring female protagonists, largely come in the form of romance genres and romantic comedies? I don’t think there is anything wrong with romance genres overall, but it is about time there is some diversification. 
Let’s be real. Action, mystery, and sci-fi flicks, even when they have female characters, are really targeted towards guys. 
The Hunger Games and Harry Potter are nice exceptions. Hopefully, we see more like them.
